Gift Wrapping Service
We take great care and pride in our Gift Wrapping Service. As products come in various shapes and sizes it may not always be possible for us to gift wrap your products in the chosen gift wrapping method. In such circumstances we will contact you by email to advise you of the situation suggest another gift wrapping method. If we do not receive a reply to our message by 1PM the next working day, the items will be gift wrapped in an alternative gift wrapping method.
The Gift Wrapping Service is not refundable and is not exchangeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cash back Offers
As a
- returning customer (please see Returning Customer for more information) or a
- customer who recommends a product to us (please see Recommend a Product for more information) which is subsequently stocked on our web site or a
- customer who has their a beauty tip published on our site (please see Beauty Tips for more information)
is entitled to a percentage value of cash back dependant on entitlement of entry. The cash back amount of money is made to the value of your order (excluding shipping / gift wrapping service) following your entitlement and is made in sterling (£/GBP). You will be sent your cash back sum by PayPal directly to your PayPal account within 14 working days of placing your order.
Returning Customer
As a returning customer (for the second time only) to vanitysanity.co.uk, you are entitled to a 10% cash back offer as a thank you for choosing vanitysanity.co.uk again.
Your 10% cash back is made to the value of your second order.
We will send your 10% cash back to your PayPal account.
Recommend a Product
When you recommend a product to us we will send you an email to confirm of your recommendation. If you’re the first to recommend this product to us you are entitled to a 15% cash back offer upon vanitysanity.co.uk stocking that item.
Your cash back value will be sent to you after the recommended product is stocked on our web site. You are entitled to recommend as many products as you like and each subsequently stock item will be rewarded with a cash back value if you’re the first person to recommend this item to us.
Your cash back value is sent directly to your PayPal account.
Beauty Tips
Beauty Tips published by Vanitysanity.co.uk are for public use and are note exclusively owned by any entity.
If you recommend a Beauty Tip to Vanitysanity.co.uk please advise us if you wish to remain anonymous, as a general rule we will only publish your forename and locality.
For any tips we publish on our site you will be entitled to a 10% cash back offer. The cash back value is made to the value of your next order is sent after your order has been dispatched.
